- Other neurological diagnoses
There is one program manager for each team and a director that oversees all the teams. Each program is comprised of the following disciplines:
- Nursing
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech pathology
- Therapeutic recreation
- Social work
Drivers Rehabilitation, Psychology, and Vocational Rehabilitation are consulted by the team as needed. Patients are admitted under the care of a physiatrist.
Inpatient rehabilitation services are primarily located on the first floor of the hospital. Physical therapy staff and occupational therapy staff share a treatment gym area and a charting/desk area. Speech and social work offices are located adjacent to the OT/PT area. There is an Independence Square for patients to practice functional home and community skills. A therapeutic pool is also located on the first floor. Recreational therapy has a treatment area on the second floor.
