Important questions to ask:
What days of the week does the service operate?
What are the hours of operation?
What areas does the service cover?
What is the cost within service boundaries?
What is the cost outside service boundaries?
Does the service accept insurance or third-party payment?
Is there a charge for attendants or guests?
Wheelchair users:
If you are using a wheelchair, make it clear to the operator that you will need a van. Also be sure to talk with the operator regarding:
How tall you are and what kind of wheelchair you use.
The height of the door opening and interior of the van you will be using.
The width of your chair and the width of the lift that you will be using.
