Horseback Riding Clinic & Sessions

Open House and Riding Clinic

Children and adults with physical, mental and/or emotional disabilities are invited to a horseback riding open house and riding clinic to experience therapeutic and recreational horseback riding. Those who register in advance for the riding clinic can try out the program and learn basic riding skills.

Horseback Riding Sessions

Enjoy a six-week session of horseback riding lessons. Classes are tailored to each rider's ablilities, and may include barn safety, grooming and saddling, mounting exercises, riding instructions, and trail rides.

September 13 - October 26

$20 per 6-week session. Checks payable to KSRP.

AGE & WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
Riders must be at least 3 years old and weigh no more than 225 lbs.

EQUIPMENT
Helmets provided. Ramps available for wheelchair access.
