The Grand Rapids Sled Wings are co-sponsored by Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and the Grand Rapids Griffins Youth Foundation. Sled hockey is a fast-growing, fast-paced sport ideal for individuals with lower limb affected disabilities such as spina bifida, cerebral palsy, paraplegia, or amputation. The program is for both the recreational and competitive athlete who has good upper extremity function.

Please call 616.242.0352 at least 72 hours in advance to cancel your child’s registration if your child cannot attend a program. This helps us plan for food and supplies.
