The Mary Free Bed Hiring Process
Once you submit your application, and if you meet the minimum qualifications, your information is sent to a hiring manager for review.
The rest of the hiring process generally goes like this:

Participate in a phone interview

Interview in person with the hiring manager

Interview a second time with the hiring manager or other staff, depending on the position

Reference, criminal history, and corporate compliance checks will be completed by Human Resources

Mary Free Bed will make an offer for your consideration
New Hire Paperwork
If you accept the position with Mary Free Bed, you'll need to spend about an hour completing new hire paperwork with a Mary Free Bed employment specialist.
After your paperwork is complete, you will:

Have your picture taken for your employee badge

Receive a parking sticker

Receive paperwork to have your pre-employment physical, drug test, influenza vaccination, and TB test
