The Rehab Technology Center is located in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in the Mary Ives Hunting Center at 360 Lafayette SE.

Exit US-131 at Wealthy Street, exit 84A

Rehab Technology Center Parking

Park under Mary Ives Hunting Center building on right. Enter the Mary Ives Huntings Center glass elevator lobby; take the elevator to Level 3.

Rehab Technology Center Hours

Our office is open 8:00 am - 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Someone is available to schedule appointments during these hours. A signed prescription from your physician is needed for most appointments.
