Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital provides several follow-up physician assessment clinics specializing in a variety of conditions. Clinics are directed by rehabilitation physicians who participate in direct care. Ongoing family support and education is a critical element of the clinics at Mary Free Bed. Our staff of rehabilitation experts works with each patient and his or her family to develop a mutual care plan that best fits the needs of the patient's health and lifestyle.

Patients seen at any of our clinics may enter Mary Free Bed's continuum of care at any point. Clinic patients may be previous Mary Free Bed inpatients or outpatients or, may be new to the community and require follow-up care.
