Stroke Program

The Stroke Program at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital features a full continuum of care that includes inpatient, outpatient, and clinic services. We provide intensive, comprehensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary rehabilitation for patients who have experienced a stroke. Our stroke team therapists possess numerous years of experience and training specific to stroke rehabilitation.

Treatment and Therapy Facilities
Mary Free Bed offers a variety of specialized services designed to make rehabilitation following a stroke quicker, smoother, and more effective. These include: our Independence Square™ (a simulated grocery store, restaurant, ATM and other community environments), two Apartments for Daily Living, a therapeutic pool, an outdoor therapy area, and our Driver Rehabilitation Program.
