To be seen, a patient must first have his or her condition evaluated by a physician who writes a prescription for evaluation and/or treatment.

Family and Caregiver Education
We consider family involvement to be a key component of our program. We provide training and support to ensure that the child’s treatment is able to continue at home, at child care, and in other settings.

We may recommend other specialists and programs available at Mary Free Bed. Psychology, videostroboscopy, and videofluoroscopic swallow study are among the other services available. The Rehab Technology Center can provide an augmentative communication evaluation.
