Paid Time Off

Holidays
• 6 days per year; part-time prorated based on FTE status
• Eligible upon hire

Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Combination of vacation, sick leave and personal time
• Full-time accrual:
– 18 days/year: less than 3 years of service
– 23 days/year: 3-10 years of service
– 28 days/year: 10+ years of service
• Part-time accrual: prorated based on hours worked
• Accrues from hire date; eligible to use after 3 months

Extended Illness Insurance (EII)
• Income protection for lengthy illnesses
• Full-time accrual:
• 6 days/year: less than 5 years of service
• 9 days/year: 5-10 years of service
• 12 days/year: 10+ years of service
• Part-time accrual: prorated based on hours worked
• Accrues from hire date: eligible to use from hire date

Short-Term Disability
• Eligible if at least .75 FTE (30 hours/week)
• Effective immediately
• Benefit equals 60% of earnings to a maximum of $400/week
• Payable beginning on 32nd day of disability: 26-week maximum
• No employee contribution

Voluntary Long-Term Disability
• Eligible if at least .75 FTE (30 hours/week)
• Available for purchase at group rates, based on age
• Benefit equals 60% of pay
• Premiums payroll deducted

Retirement 403(B) Plan

Employer Contribution
• Employer-paid contribution, deposited annually
• One year of service with at least 1,000 hours required for initial eligibility

• Annual benefit amount:
• 3% of annual earnings with < 5 years of service
• 4% of annual earnings with 5-10 years of service
• 5% of annual earnings with 10-15 years of service
