Who will provide my care?
Mary Free Bed at Home is a joint venture between Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Residential Home Health, ensuring seamless care transitions and the highest quality service.
When will my care begin?
Our nurses and therapists aim to visit within 24 hours of your hospital discharge, with services available seven days a week.
What does home health care cost?

- You are homebound and leaving home is difficult or not advised

Mary Free Bed at Home serves West Michigan counties, including Oceana, Newaygo, Mecosta, Muskegon, Montcalm, Ottawa, Kent, Ionia, Allegan, Barry, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Berrien, Cass and St. Joseph.

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
If you believe that Mary Free Bed at Home has failed to provide these services or
discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you may file a grievance with the Compliance Department for Mary Free Bed at Home.
You may file a grievance in person at the Mary Free Bed agency where you are receiving services, by email at compliance@maryfreebed.com, or by telephone at (866) 687-8972.
If you need help filing a grievance, Compliance Department staff are available to help you. You will not be retaliated for filing a grievance.
