Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital holds a number of special accreditations from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International (CARF). This voluntary but rigorous accreditation process is based on specific and comprehensive standards ensuring the highest-quality rehabilitation.

CARF is an independent organization dedicated to providing reliable information to help patients and families make informed health care decisions. Consumers and medical professionals collaborate to develop the leading-edge standards by which providers are measured.

Service Hours

Inpatient Care

  • Nursing care is provided 24/7.
  • Therapy is routinely offered Monday through Friday with a minimum of 
three hours of therapy at least five days of the week (totaling 15 hours).

Outpatient Therapy

  • Operational hours for our outpatient clinics vary. Visit the specific location 
page to confirm hours.
  • A Mary Free Bed team member is available to schedule your appointment 
or address questions Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Referral Sources

Patients are generally referred to Mary Free Bed through a variety of different ways and can include referrals from providers, acute care hospitals and care managers. Patients also have the ability to self refer for needed services.
