The Mary Free Bed Guild Fund acts much like a foundation, providing financial resources to select entities that meet certain designated criteria. The fund supports the hospital and a variety of community agencies and individuals who work with the physically disabled.
Applications
The fund was established in 1986 through a contribution of approximately $4 million from the Mary Free Bed Guild. The fund is governed by a board of 14 directors and receives its income from condominium tenant leases, investment earnings and an annual distribution from the Sackner Foundation. The Sackner Foundation monies are specifically designated for services to children.
To apply for a grant from the Mary Free Bed Guild Fund, please complete this application form before the first day of the meeting month (January, March, May, September and November).
