Spinal cord injuries (traumatic or non-traumatic)
Multiple traumatic injuries
Stroke
General deconditioning
Cardio-pulmonary conditions
Oncology-related challenges

Personalized and Coordinated Care
In the Day Rehab Program, your care team—led by a physician—works together to create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs. This collaborative approach ensures your therapies are aligned and focused on achieving the best outcomes.
Key Features:
- Weekly team meetings to track your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
- Access to a range of services, including:
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech-language therapy
- Education and resources for caregivers to provide additional support throughout your recovery.
What to Expect
Your journey begins with an initial evaluation to create a tailored plan of care. Most patients attend therapy up to four days a week, with three back-to-back therapy sessions scheduled over a three-hour block.
Therapies may include:
- Physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, and endurance.
- Occupational therapy to restore skills needed for daily activities.
- Speech-language therapy to address communication or cognitive challenges.
Our interdisciplinary approach combines therapies into a coordinated plan, making your time in Day Rehab efficient and effective. Therapy schedules can also be adjusted to align with your benefits and insurance coverage.

Support for Caregivers and Families
Caregivers play a vital role in your recovery, and we’re here to support them, too. We provide education to help your loved ones feel confident in assisting with your care and encourage them to participate in therapy sessions when appropriate. Caregivers are asked to remain on-site during therapy to assist with personal or medical tasks, such as taking medications or using the restroom.
