Taylor is the southwest regional office supervisor who leads our Holland, Kalamazoo, Muskegon and St. Joseph offices. She is well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting offices across the region. Taylor is a recipient of Mary Free Bed’s C.A.R.E.S. (Customers Always Receive Exceptional Service) Award. She received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Ferris State University.

Troy is a certified prosthetist/orthotist, with experience across the O&P spectrum of care since 2007. He received his graduate degree in orthotics and prosthetics from Northwestern University. Troy is passionate about empowering clinicians and providing exceptional patient-centered care.

Zach is a certified prosthetist/orthotist with lifelong orthotic experience as he wears AFOs himself. He completed both his orthotic and prosthetic residencies through Mary Free Bed Orthotics & Prosthetics + Bionics. He has worked in both the Grand Rapids and Muskegon offices, where he gained both inpatient and outpatient experience. Zach was born and raised in Northern Michigan, and he’s grateful for the opportunity to serve patients in the community.
