If you are having issues accessing your MyChart account, please call the patient support line at 989.583.0488.
Viewing Test Results
If you don’t have a MyChart account or prefer not to use the service, you can still access your test results by contacting your health care organization. You can either call the hospital or clinic and ask for the results or you can ask your doctor to send you the results via mail or email. Depending on the type of test, your health care organization will likely inform you about how long it would take for the results to be ready, so you can plan accordingly.
You can also access your test results by contacting your health care organization or by having a designated proxy access your MyChart account. By taking advantage of these options, you can stay informed about your health and make informed decisions about your care, all from the comfort of your own home.
