Is Home Therapy Right for Me?
Our Home and Community Therapy program is ideal for patients who:
Are too advanced for inpatient therapy but not yet ready for outpatient care.
Require therapy 2-4 days per week, as determined by a physician’s order.

Pediatric Home Rehabilitation
