Is Home Therapy Right for Me?

Our Home and Community Therapy program is ideal for patients who:

Are too advanced for inpatient therapy but not yet ready for outpatient care.

Require therapy 2-4 days per week, as determined by a physician’s order.

We serve patients with a variety of conditions, including:

Brain Injuries

Multiple Fractures or Trauma

Spinal Cord Injuries

Amputations

Multiple Sclerosis

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)

Pediatric Home Rehabilitation

For children ages four and older, our pediatric specialists provide expert care to help kids achieve their potential in a familiar environment. Our team works with children facing challenges such as:

  • Brain injuries
  • Spinal cord injuries
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Cognitive and speech/language impairments
  • Genetic conditions and other diagnoses
