The Return to Work program is designed to provide comprehensive therapy services that help patients adjust to musculoskeletal or neurological injuries, ensuring they can safely return to their job roles.

We’ll use assessments and evaluations to determine your functional capacity and performance. These assessments provide important information about your physical abilities and how you might be able to perform in a particular work situation.

Personalized Treatment Plans
Because we’re focused on your health both now and in the future, the Return to Work program may include:
Worksite Analysis
Ergonomic Consultation
Job Coaching
Injury Prevention Training
Workplace Stretching
Exercise and Placement Evaluation
You’ll also do work-related treatment that focuses on your strength, flexibility, stamina and coordination. These aspects of your therapy program also provide you with education on posture, body mechanics, and how to manage pain, in addition to any work restrictions specific to your needs.
Risk Factors, Prevention, and Goals
Patients eligible for the Return to Work program often face conditions such as:
- Musculoskeletal injuries (e.g., spinal, knee, shoulder, hip pain)
- Neurological injuries
- Cardiopulmonary deconditioning
- Muscular weakness or disease
