Patient Financial Responsibility
It’s important to confirm with your insurance provider whether orthotic and prosthetic devices are covered. You’ll be supported by a dedicated patient service representative who will obtain prior authorization for services and provide an estimate of your financial responsibility. Our in-house billing team will handle submitting the claim to your insurance company.
If co-pays or other cost-sharing apply, or if your insurance doesn’t cover the full amount, final payment responsibility rests with you. To assist, we offer interest-free monthly payment plans and a charitable funding program if needed.

Billing Assistance
