Course Description: To empower staff to report workplace violence concerns, this presentation will define workplace violence, identify health-specific risks, and discuss the impact of workplace violence incidents on frontline staff and strategies for support. The current state policy tools for addressing and mitigating workplace violence and identifying pre-incident indicators for violence will also be discussed.
