Description:  Health care providers are often the only professionals to interact with trafficking victims who are still in captivity. Participants of this activity will gain knowledge in identifying risk factors, potential red flags, and common mental health issues of trafficked persons. Additionally, neurobiology changes with human trafficking and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) will be discussed.
