‘Rehabilitationships’ podcast: Liz Fanco defies gravity to break barriers

In the next two episodes of Mary Free Bed’s new podcast, “Rehabilitationships,” we meet a mother of eight who’s breaking barriers.

Antigravity

An·ti·grav·i·ty – definition: the antithesis of weight; defying the forces of gravity

When Liz Fanco was asked by her kids to join them in a half marathon, she agreed. This wasn’t just any race, it was a race for a cause. Their run would benefit World Vision Clean Water Fund, raising funds to help people access clean water.

The problem? Liz had never even run a mile.

Having been overweight her entire life, running didn’t come naturally – or happily. For the next three years, Liz began training. Despite running thousands of miles, she didn’t lose weight and she still despised running.

Then she met Todd Buckingham, an exercise physiologist with Mary Free Bed Sports Rehabilitation’s Performance Lab. He helped Liz find her footing with support from Anti-Gravity Treadmill™ technology.

Tune in to learn about Liz’s amazing story and her continued efforts to support World Vision. Together, she and Todd give us the rundown on Liz’s transformation, her journey to the New York City Marathon and what lies ahead.

This is a two-episode podcast with releases on April 5 and April 19. Listen to both episodes below.
