Who will provide my care?

Mary Free Bed at Home is a joint venture between Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Residential Home Health, ensuring seamless care transitions and the highest quality service.

Our nurses and therapists aim to visit within 24 hours of your hospital discharge, with services available seven days a week.

Medicare typically covers 100% of eligible home health care services if:
  • Ordered by your physician
  • Provided by a Medicare-certified agency
  • You are homebound and leaving home is difficult or not advised
