Until September 1, 2021 Mary Free Bed has 2 patient portals:

  • To communicate or check information regarding your inpatient stay, psychology appointments,  pain program appointments, or therapy programs use MyMaryFreeBed patient portal.
  • To communicate or check information regarding outpatient visits with physicians, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants (other than pain program) use the MyChart patient portal.

(Note: After September 1, 2021 MyChart will be used for all programs)

Use the portals to communicate or check information including:

  • Request and review appointments
  • Check your prescriptions
  • View medical records
  • request medical records
  • pay your bill and more.

If you’re experiencing shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, weakness, confusion, high fever, sudden or major bleeding, severe rashes or hives, severe allergic reactions or any other life-threatening condition, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request a My Mary Free Bed account for myself?
To request an account, you must be 18 years or older, a current patient or have recently had service at Mary Free Bed. You can request a My Mary Free Bed patient portal account upon registration.

Self-enrollment also is available for Mary Free Bed patients who are 18 years or older who don’t currently have access to My Mary Free Bed. Please click for the self-enrollment option.

Can I request a My Mary Free Bed account for my child?
Yes! If you manage the health of a patient, talk with the patient’s health care provider during the next visit to receive a personal invitation to My Mary Free Bed. Self-enrollment currently is not available for caregivers or guardians.

I sent a private message to my clinician. How soon will I receive a response?
My Mary Free Bed secure messages are processed during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation and response to your secure message.

I sent an appointment request. How soon will I receive a response/confirmation?
Online scheduling requests are processed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive confirmation of an appointment request. Please note that appointment requests are not actual appointments. If we we cannot accommodate your request, we’ll contact you to suggest alternate choices.

Can I pay my bill online?
Yes! Mary Free Bed offers several options for secure online bill pay, depending on the type of rehabilitation services you have received. Please click here for more information
